I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had—truly exceptional from start to finish. Every single person I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable, but also fully informed and supported throughout the process. As someone completely new to the world of motorbikes, I was nervous and had a lot of questions, but the team—especially Robbie, Eliot, and Paul—were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They didn’t just try to sell me a bike—they made sure I was confident and safe, taking the time to walk me through every detail. I’m from Australia and unfamiliar with the local systems, but they even helped me figure out insurance and gave me advice tailored to my situation. What really blew me away was how they treated me once the sale was complete. I was a bit uncomfortable about riding the bike home on my own since I’m new to riding, and without hesitation, they offered to drive me home. That’s not something you'd expect from any dealership—it shows they genuinely care about their customers and not just about making a sale.
