Meakins have looked after my property for over 10 years. I value the personal relationship that I have developed with the team, they are well acquainted with my properties and me. They have full management and ensure the properties are properly maintained, responding promptly to any issues the tenants have. Rents are always passed on promptly. I would happily recommend Meakins to anyone.

Not knowing where to start when we inherited a house, I called around a number of places. After not being comfortable with the info I had received from anyone up to that point for a number of reasons I decided to call Paul Meakin. I was lucky enough to speak with a very helpful young lady called Amy Hedgecox. Amy attended the property at our request the same day, valuing the property and discussing with us what we wanted and the options available. After explaining to Amy that we were looking for a quick sale she instantly had a buyer in mind. A viewing was arranged for the very next day and a sale was agreed. Amy has been there every step of the process with Natalie Chapman standing in when Amy was away from her desk. I couldn’t have asked for a more kind and professional team to assist us. We were kept informed regularly and Amy or Natalie were always there to answer any questions. This isn’t just a sale for these guys, they have their clients best interests at heart. I can’t recommend Paul Meaking enough, I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

We appointed Paul Meakin to manage the rental of our property over two years ago. They gave us good advice and guided us through the procedures and legal requirements of being Landlords. Allison and Aimee and the rest of the team competently manage every aspect of the rental. They ensure the annual property maintenance inspections are carried out and liaise with our tenants and us if there are any problems. They keep an eye on our house whenever they pass by and carry out regular visual inspections to ensure things are as they should be.
