I purchased vouchers for Manila
I purchased vouchers for Manila, Philippines to Ocean Park and Star City from this site. However when I was there Manila had severe flooding and I could not get to either venue. Act of nature and not my fault. I contacted customer support for a refund and provided proof of the flooding and the company could call the venue as well to verify. The customer service said she would verify and get back to me. Been multiple days now and no response and no refund! I guess this company don’t care about natural disasters and just want to steal my money. I don’t recommend this company at all for US visitors and travelers!
