Helpful friendly and efficient - exactly what you need when booking!
Spoke to Jackie to book a holiday, she was great! Before booking I wanted to know how many spaces were available so our friends could book too, after Jackie had checked she waited while I text friends and got confirmation they had received it. Also had a query about luggage allowances with different airlines and Jackie confirmed the difference. She was friendly, polite, efficient and very personable, nothing seemed too much trouble. Altogether the booking experience was faultless!
