This 5 star review is written in reflection of the incredible service we received from RICHARD COLLINS. As a first time buyer and going through the “right to buy” process it’s safe to say I had no idea what I was doing and had questions galore. Richard made me feel so clear on what I was doing next and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. On top of all of that and dealing with a local council we had the looming stamp duty deadline as despite being a first time buyer my husband sadly isn’t ! .. he got us over that finish line and even came to our house to get the paperwork done so we didn’t experience postal delays. The only extra thing I think left for Richard to do would be to pay the mortgage .. genuinly he couldn’t do any more if he tried! Top service and I highly recommend. We will be using you again.
