Very confused and upset
Very confused and upset. Our property management company changed during our lease. At first Darwin seemed helpful and great. Now we have a serious safety issue and no one is helping. We keep getting told by Lessen that they can’t help us and are waiting on Darwin. Darwin is not replying now. Both Lessen and Darwin customer service have escalated multiple times stating a maintenance manager will contact us and no one is. It is very concerning. Everyone has been kind but say all they can do is escalate. We honestly just want to live safely, quietly and be good renters until our lease is up. We don’t want much - just for this safety issue to be resolved. First left a voicemail on 4/12/24. Have called and emailed numerous times since with no resolution. It is almost the end of May.
