If I could leave zero stars
If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company switched me to a new electric carrier even though I didn't authorize it. They don't have a CS number or chat, both of their locations are actually US post offices, and there's no way to "cancel" through their website. I managed to track down the founder, Andrew Meyer, on LinkedIn and finally got a resolution. But it shouldn't take that level of sleuthing to make that happen. Note to Arbor: being a pre-seed or early stage start-up doesn't absolve you from being transparent. If you're a remote-first company, say so. Don't list a p.o. box as your office suite. The copy should be clear and users should be able to opt out easily on the dashboard. They should be able to reach customer service without having to go to extreme lengths. Save yourselves the headache. Run, don't walk.
