I really wish I would’ve listened to…
I really wish I would’ve listened to the reviews saying not to rent from Great Jones. My move in date was over a week ago, and I have not been able to spend one night in my apartment. Before I even got there, my a/c was leaking. I had to learn from my downstairs neighbor because no one informed me. They are making no effort to fix it. They send technicians out that have no idea what they are doing. They keep waiting for a company that didn’t show up the first time they were scheduled because they are a “preferred vendor.” When I asked one employee what the estimated time would be when someone would show up, he yelled at me, told me we were going in circles, and hung up in my face. I’ve never experienced this before. I’ve been very patient. I didn’t even ask for any compensation on my rent. I just wanted my air fixed. This experience has let me know that this will be my last time renting from someone EVER!
