Good experience of customer service
I was concerned after reading review’s regarding Reiss customer service and also knowing that next now own them (Next have terrible customer service) but in my recent experience I have been pleasantly surprised with their customer service. I phoned today regarding a faulty item and Haley dealt with it very well and was extremely polite. I’ve spent a small fortune with them over the past few weeks so I’m relieved that they handled an issue well. I’ve taken a star off because they really need to look at their quality control of sale items. I’ve been sent 2 items with make up on them which were clearly sale returns that haven’t been checked before being resold.
