Licence needs to be revoked
I recently left this company as they appear to fail in every way with the following issues. 1. Incorrect billing. 2. Ignorance of complaints. 3. Promises to come back to the customer within 5 days and nearly 2 months later complaint still not addressed. 4. I switched to an alternative supplier at the beginning of June, yet I have not yet received any communication other than a email today from mywatts, even though Tomato aren't any longer my supplier. Whilst I can say that talking to someone on the phone promising action to be undertaken by them is one thing, getting it done is another matter. I can well understand why the regulator has suspended this company from taking on any further customers, whilst at the same time, and with my own experience of them to date I couldn't ever recommend them to anyone. I have a unresolved complaint that goes to the Ombudsman on the 29th of this month.
