Still owing us a class or refund due to system error
Our child has been enrolled in the English and Math classes at Explore Learning in Kingston for over a year. But we had to cancel our membership due to a clash with after-school activities. We brought our child for what was supposed to be the final class last month, only to discover that it was not on the system. Despite providing a confirmation email for the rescheduled class issued by Explore Learning, the staff could not locate this record and were unable to arrange the final class. They attributed the issue to our membership cancellation, which is unfair, especially since the system allowed us to reschedule without any warning. The confirmation email we received only added to our confusion and frustration. The staff promised to escalate the issue to the centre manager, but despite our follow-up emails, we have received no feedback. It has now been a month, and it is deeply disappointing that our concerns remain unaddressed, highlighting a serious lapse in customer service. With so many other online education platforms available, this experience has underscored the disadvantages of Explore Learning. Other platforms offer easy access to customer service via WhatsApp, and students can engage with online resources anytime, anywhere. While the fee for the final class is not significant, we want to express our frustration with the service and the system errors at Explore Learning.
