Beyond awful customer service
Beyond awful customer service, avoid like the plague! When I try to reset my password through the app it comes up an error message every time. I have emailed customer services twice times to inform that I cannot access my account to cancel my eSIM, and I have received no response. I have also submitted an enquiry to customer services through the website, shock still no response. Therefore today I called up, and have spent nearly 1 hour on the phone today (most of it on hold), the operator I spoke to said they couldn’t assist me and to email in. Still not resolved, absolutely farce.
