I frequently hire cars in Hobart and up to now took the 'easy' option of an airport collection. Tried East Coast this time as it was significantly cheaper, and delighted with the experience. Smooth collection from airport, quality vehicle, easy drop off. I sustained a windscreen chip and paid the excess, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund when the actual repair cost was less. Very fair.
