I got caught in a position where I needed a form sent to me to see if I could avail myself of DLG's services, but was being sent round the houses trying to find the right person to send it. I hadn't realised I wasn't dealing with DLG themselves, and wrote a 1 star review. By the close of play, DLG had picked up on the issue and I got a call from Tim ( a team leader). Although the failure was not on DLG's side, he just took ownership of the whole issue and getting my application for legal expenses approval submitted. I am hugely grateful: thank you Tim
