AVOID

AVOID! Pay a little extra and go with the competition! Exceedingly poor on-line training provider! What they don't state on their website is the extensive delays in marking off each section of the course, thus stopping you from continuing with the course in a single period. Instead, you have to keep going back to check, with each section being assessed and marked off taking up to 2 business hours! Then there's the video uploading! Jesus, talk about a painful process to ensure the videos are loaded fully - tried a handful of web platforms, in the end only able to upload via iphone, and even then each one failed multiple times over to upload fully, resulting in as many as 5 attempts with just one 20 second video! All in all, it took several hours to upload 10 videos, all less than 30 seconds each! Then, it took many hours later for them to be assessed and marked! The course layout is rubbish and flawed: incorrect gramma, spelling mistakes and incorrect information provided! Poorly prepared course matter from start to finish! I ended up asking for the paid fee to be refunded, and went elsewhere to complete the course!

Absolutely shocking gas/electricity…

Absolutely shocking gas/electricity company! AVOID!!! * Long on-hold wait times! * Continuous errors and problems with billing! * Don’t respond to messages/correspondence sent via email or via their online portal! * Staff and Managers who show sheer incompetence to correctly manage problems/errors, with an inability to resolve in a timely, efficient and effective manner and process! Better off with one of their competitors, and paying slightly more!
