Worst estate agents in Manchester. Made me pay cleaning fees after I’ve already paid an end of tenancy cleaning service and provided the invoice. My front door was broken for 3 months and there was no urgency to fix it. Countless emails and zero communication even after my partner went into the office to speak with them. Would avoid at all costs and use another agency if possible.
