For the Backstreet Boys concert I waited for hours then I was early in line for the tickets got good tickets paid then the page went down. Trying to reach out to them is really difficult. Didn’t get a refund. Now booked tickets to a beach in khobar. Paid extra for full refund. I didn’t get a receipt with the breakdown of how much I paid and now I want a refund waited in chat for hours, no one. Now I find out to get a refund that I paid for I need to email them with documents and refund within 7 to 15 days. This is ridiculous.
