Bethany from Team Alpha has been helping with my sale, which has been beset by delays and problems as it’s a leasehold flat in a high building so comes with all the associated legal and fire risk complications. Bethany has been an absolute star, keeping me up to date and letting me know exactly what enquiries are outstanding. Her communication has been great especially as I know how busy things are in the run up to changes in stamp duty in April meaning lots of sales need to complete before then.
