Unjustified Suspension and Account Blocked
I’ve been using Hushed for quite a while now, but my recent experience has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. My account was suddenly suspended due to "outbound policy violations," which is something I find completely confusing, as I haven’t done anything that would violate any of Hushed's terms. To provide some context, I have six numbers on my account—three UK and three Canadian numbers—and the only activity I’ve engaged in is texting myself occasionally to keep the numbers active. I have not made any calls or sent texts to anyone outside of my own set of numbers. Everything I’ve done has been personal and within what I understood to be acceptable usage. When I reached out to live support, I was told that my account had been flagged for these violations, but no clear explanation was provided as to what I actually did wrong. It feels like there’s been a mistake, as I can’t see any way that I could have violated the policies with the activities I’ve been doing. I’m still waiting for a proper response from their support team, but so far, the lack of clarity is incredibly frustrating. If you’re considering Hushed, be cautious. While the service itself is generally decent, their handling of issues like this is far from ideal. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unclear reasons for account suspensions make me question how reliable this service really is. If you value your account stability and need clear answers from customer support, you might want to think twice. I hope my account can be reinstated soon, but at this point, it feels like I’m being penalized for something I didn’t even do.
