Never again!
I used Enact Conveyancing when I needed to remove a named borrower part way through my mortgage. What seemed like a simple straightforward case turned into 6 weeks of stress on Enact's part to the extent that I was considering changing solicitor. The communication from Enact was poor throughout. For example I sent documents to Enact in the post in a prepaid 1st class envelope which they provided, they took 10 days to inform me that initially only one of the documents had been received despite them being posted in the same envelope. Which I resent the document a second time again in an envelope provided by Enact to then be told they hadn't received it. Enact sent me many messages asking had I posted the form and made me feel as through I was a lier. I uploaded the documention as there was an option to upload documents on the portal, they said at first it was accepted then later retracted and said they don't accept uploads and to send the document a third time via post. At this point I got my mortgage broker involved and suddenly the document I sent in the post appeared! They also posted me forms I had completed on the portal claiming these hadn't been completed despite it being marked as complete. Then saying they were re-sent by mistake. It seems as though no one who works in Enact knows how to communicate with each other. Overall the experience caused me a lot of stress over something that was simple and straightforward.
