My flight was delayed by 8 hours and I was refused boarding onto another plane after no communication and being brushed off saying I’d get on the next flight. It was the worst airline experience I’ve ever had. Communication was poor, and customer support was unhelpful. In the end, hundreds on airport lounges, food and late night taxis. I won’t book with them again unless their refund and rebooking systems improve. I’ve no idea why they gave us a flight cancellation certificate and put us through the misery of their wait system only to say sorry no can do. They also issued other guests a $50 voucher for in flight duty free and gave me $25 but due to denied boarding it was useless. Just say we’re a scammy airline and have no intention of making reparations for our bad service vs stringing us all along. Horrendous, never again.
