Leon was superb
Leon was superb. He was friendly and helpful. The RAC system however left much to be desired. I was shocked and disappointed that I didn't have direct contact with a human when logging my breakdown. I found this added to the stress of the situation. The response time was poor. I was a female with a child and still the response time was estimated to be over 4 hours. Leon in fact turned up before the estimated time which was really helpful but I couldn't help but think that there are not enough patrol cars on duty in this area. I was told that I would have to wait for 4 hours due to there being a 'high demand'. It was 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon - it seemed very unlikely that there was a high demand and far more likely to be insufficient numbers of patrols on duty.
