Pretty happy initially the doors are…
Just thought id pop on here again and update my comments surrounding your aftercare. I sent through a particularly juicy email to your team, which listed the issues. And provided a lovely string of events. This included one of your team snapping at me on the phone then slamming the phone down (I was at work and she wanted me to drop everything) she commented at the time that she couldn't arrange a visit if I didn't talk. Strange you now claim to not know anything about me needing a visit. It also mentions that no one called me back until you called again asking me to buy windows. When I asked about the aftercare for the doors my notes state he put the phone down. All this for you lying about high security locks, a seal falling off, and the insane expanding foam (all the time actually so doors might look mint bit some of the quality might be a bit ropey) . Pretty happy initially the doors are overall fabulous and I was looking forward to replacing the windows to match - however the aftercare has been shocking. The rep who was supposed to come and check the ‘leaking’ filler never showed and kept pushing me to get a ‘finance quote’ for the windows if he visited. Kept telling me how ‘bad’ my current windows were. Not forgetting that this is the guy that promised me he would replace my high security locks like for like - didn’t and then lied and said he didn’t promise them. I last messaged them many, many moons ago - to which they totally ignored my messages. Nicola - I was promised just the same when I reported this within five days of fitting. And then any subsequent emails were ignored. Kinda shows who your business is that you ignore customers until they pop on here. When I can find the time I will post on here the time stamps of every single email. Your appalling lies drop you a star. Still no replies to emails, did give them extended time frame due to covid - but feel incredibly angry that they are still claiming I haven’t contacted them. So reminder, didn’t get the locks provided, agent said he would sort the faults IF I got a quote for the windows, and we have had to sort out some fitting faults.
