Poor breakdown response time and excessive charges for a flat tire

Hired a car for 2 weeks. It developed a slow puncture on a country road in the dark in the middle of nowhere. I call breakdown service and the response time is 4-5 hours. I fix it myself using the kit in the back of the car. When I had the car back they immediately charge me 200 pounds for "damage", send me a threatening letter asking me to make an insurance claim through my credit card and then call me 21 times because I didn't response quickly enough. This kind of customer service tells you everything you need to know about why I'll be using a different car hire company next time
