charge 2x, no response at all
I thoroughly picked suitable car+equipment+insurance and made booking via credit card. After comming to pickup they asked me everything again, so I answered. It was weirds why asking again, so I checked and insurance was missing, GPS was missing, but we fixed that, OK. At return I PAID with credit card. After comming back home I noticed they charged me twice - at booking and at return. Created 1-2 customer service desks, describing sitution. No response, no resolution no money refund. Crappy website doesn't even show the service desk resolutions.
