Terrible Customer Service
Worst experience to even speak to someone, no call line. Chat and social media never answered. Apologies for lack of details, no social media platform will take me further because they 'can't verify me' over social media, not only that they point you towards the voxi ai chat app, which is extremely unresponsive and just asks you to log into your account (i can't, i have an unactivated sim) but the robot stops replying there and I'm stuck in absolute zero customer service presence loop. The guys at vodafone (the parent company) ( the company who told that I would not be charged by voxi if i don't activate my sim tell me they can't deal with the problem and also frustratingly point towards this terribly made ai voxi robot. At a loss for words, I would never and would never suggest anyone to join Voxi, setting things up and speaking to people is impossible. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong with anyone else like it did me but if it does don't expect a resolution, at all.
