Poor customer service and very inaccurate stats.
I like the pod and the temperature control works well. However the statistics are so wrong. They tell me every morning that I have slept around 2 hours less than I have. I have serious doubts also about the algorithms they use since the system was "updated" in March 25. Mostly I get no response when I raise these issues, which I do most days on the app feedback. On the rare occasions when staff did respond they didn't seem to have much of a grasp of the science. Also, I recently discovered that unless one pays a minimum of £199 per year, the heating and cooling system can only be controlled manually, which means changing it throughout the night--not exactly conducive to sleep. It's a great idea if they could get it right, but my sense is they are a long way off.
