13 weeks in and I’m down about 15 lbs. and feel so much stronger! I love the checkins to keep me accountable and tweak things as necessary. My coach, Britt, was incredibly positive and upbeat and never made me feel bad if something was a little off. Even though the weight loss pace isn’t fast, it feels appropriate and sustainable. I’m looking forward to continuing this journey!
