Decent service with some limitations
The platform works adequately for our needs, though it lacks some advanced features we were hoping for. The user interface is straightforward but feels somewhat basic. Customer support is responsive but sometimes seems to lack deep technical knowledge. It's an acceptable solution but not exceptional.
