The telephony assistant was miserable…
The telephony assistant was miserable in my opinion, talked over me, didn't let me explain. Once I'd booked the first trip I enquired about day trips and I could hear her eyes roll. Not very helpful. Plus she forgot to send confirmation email for my second trip. First one came through second never did. I then had to make a.trip to Middlesbrough to the office as didn't trust calling them again. Staff member male in Middlesbrough bus station also tried to tell me she has emailed me and after searching and repeating himself, had to admit she had not sent it. He then sent confirmation through. Disappointed as last year another lady telephonist was so lovely.
