Stay away from this company. They’re fraudsters. I have hired a car back in June 2023 and used my credit card for bond money. They have preauthorised for the bond however did not charged it. After 10days of rental, we have returned the car in a good condition at Belgrade airport. After we returned home, I have noticed that they have charged my credit card for unauthorised charges of $500. Upon asking the company, they mentioned that it was accidentally charged and will be returned by their Bank. However, till date they haven’t refunded the money and not responding the messages. Never use this company and be cautious with your credit card details. Update on 27/07/2033: The response below is completely wrong from Final Rental-Serbia. I have given accurate amount in RSD below. 1. Initially they’ve Charged me RSD 27,846 for Car Rental on 2/06/2023 (Credit card A). 2. Had pre-authorisation for RSD 84,000 on my credit card for Bond on 2/06/2023 (Credit card B that I used for Bond). However, this was never charged in the account and it was merely a Hold. 3. After returning my car on 11/06/2023 at the Belgrade airport, in a good condition and full Tank of petrol, they have Charged me unauthorised amount of RSD 40,446 on 11/06/2023 on my Creditcard B. 4. Made a complaint on 16/06/2023 via WhatsApp. 4. They have Refunded me partially RSD 27,846. This should have been whole amount of RSD 40,446 that was mistakenly charged on 11/06/2023. 5. Balance RSD 12,600 is still owed by the company and no response from the company despite number of attempts via WhatsApp. I have all the evidences with me to prove this including Whatsapp Chat, Bank statement, Terminal receipts. However, I cannot attach them here as no option to do so.
