Avoid at all Costs
Unfortunately, my experience at this villa was quite disappointing. After a long 10-hour journey, I arrived to find the villa in very poor condition. There was no hot water, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. To make matters worse, the shower itself wasn’t clean — there was visible dirt and hair inside. The general cleanliness of the villa left a lot to be desired. There were dirty tissues by the curtains, dust and dirt throughout the space, cigarette butts left near the pool area, and the toilet downstairs hadn’t been cleaned. The garage door upstairs was also broken. I reached out to Esraa about these issues but have yet to receive a reply — it’s been over a week, which feels very unprofessional and frustrating. They did send someone to clean after I complained, but the person arrived with just a towel and no cleaning supplies, which didn’t really solve the problem. There were also large spiders inside the villa, which made me even more uncomfortable during the stay. While I understand that sometimes things happen, I do think guests deserve a clean and properly maintained space — especially given the price. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience, and I’d suggest others look elsewhere.
