Won't be using again, far too many mistakes/ changes and poor communication. Initially booking seemed to go well. However, I later asked to add regional flight to connect with Heathrow, this resulted in paramount cancelling original direct flight without telling us, giving us 3 connecting flights which due to late arrival, the hour long wait on tarmac for a gate to be allocated, and paramount not being there in arrivals meant we missed our first night in Nashville. They explained they had been busy transferring all the customers who arrived on earlier flight and as only 4 of us on much later flight decided to transfer main group and us separately to avoid delaying everyone. To find others booking many months later had been given our direct flights was an insult. We were part of a tour of USA/cruise for 200 people, apparently the only 2 who paramount failed to add the drink/meal/wifi package for. The other 198 did not have this major problem. Really poor start to cruise, charges of $75 drinks in first hour on cruise. Many stressful visits to guest services, what's app messages and a call to UK made before they acknowledged a mistake had been made. This then took more time to sort, charges still being added to account. Wasted all first day on board going from guest services back to paramount, so fed up actually asked paramount to fly us home that day, but as usual that was ignored. Paramount are unable to explain how or why this happened. NCL Cruises insist it is paramount at fault and that they did not tick the additional "free at sea" options on booking. Paramount say the can only book with that package. The poor communication between them didn't help us, the stressed customer-ship said it would take 2 or 3 days to sort, meant we couldn't relax and enjoy drinks as were seeing huge costs added, despite knowing I'd already paid. To complicate this further my phone had been stolen so I had no proof of booking package. Graceland was well organised. Thankfully the other excursions I organised myself meant we could still enjoy some of the holiday. Edit- I have email from original booking showing direct Heathrow to Nashville flight timings with only the carrier TBA . At no time was it ever stated adding Newcastle to Heathrow would result in changing Heathrow to Nashville to become indirect (which was then charged multiple times). Despite searching around arrivals and immediately outside your team were not visible for some time, we looked inside and out and send 3 what's app messages which were not replied to. We were apparently the only 2 of 200 who you had not added drink/dining/wifi package correctly for- you may think it only took 51 minutes, however we had already had 3 guest services visits, queuing for more time than that, we did not have wifi on the sea day, it was only on reaching first port and getting wifi I was fully aware the package had been reinstated. It should never have happened, it was very stressful and still no apology or explanation.
