I am writing this review to warn potential tenants about the appalling practices of Opto Living in Luton (Park House, Chapel Street, Opto Village). My experience with this letting agency has been nothing short of horrific. Opto Living extorts and threatens tenants with debt recovery for rents they don't even owe! Their tactics are aggressive and intimidating, leaving tenants feeling helpless and stressed. But that's not all - they also have a habit of claiming deposits from tenants after they've vacated the property, even when there's no damage or outstanding rent. It's clear that they prioritize their own profits over fairness and transparency. Dealing with Opto Living has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise against renting a property through them. Their unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable, and tenants deserve better. Save yourself the hassle and heartache - avoid Opto Living in Luton at all costs!
