Online services is rubbish and pathetic, they sent wrong order to me , even no apology. Unprofessional and disgusting service. Do not recommend online service at all . i am extremely disappointed , i have received wrong item/ order, i have ordered ZEBRA Z-GRIP 10 CLASSIC BLACK BALLPOINT X2. i have received zebra z-grip 8 classic black ballpoint x2. i ordered 10 quantity in a pack. i have received 8 quantity in a pack. you should double check before you sent to the customer. unprofessional service. can you take back those wrong item and i want my item asap as i have ordered for my office .
