Delivered wrong size.
Delivered wrong size. Ordered the only L left available in the style. Arrived in a few days but received a size M. Have already returned the item. Had tried to revisit the new website Spin and Thread but it’s no longer available. Not quite sure why the website is down but have tried to email and message but no available means to contact. Have bought items previously from H|A and no issues. As I was unable to source information on Spin and Thread I searched and saw via companies house the historical information on Holmes Apparel and it does not fill me with confidence when a company re-brands with a new name and cannot access the website.
