I wish I had read the reviews before engaging this company. Painful process from start to finish. 3 different 'solicitors' during the 8 and a half months it took to complete this sale despite the fact that there was only myself selling and 1 purchaser buying with no chain either side. I spent time and money constantly chasing. Could never recommend them to anyone.
