Awful first experience
Paid £130 for 3 year e-bike cover, had to go into store to collect... nothing, there was nothing to collect. Then tried to buy tyres, not in stock, have to go online. Tried to book a service, have to go home book online, then return to store. Purchased a pump (an item they did have on a shelf, that I didn't have to do online) asked to use the discount, they didn't know about it, didn't have to provide evidence I was entitled to a discount, they found a piece of paper to scan and apply a discount. Went home used Live Chat for help, as the website errored when attempting to purchase, just told someone will get back to me Tried to provide constructive feedback, ignored. UPDATE 05/07/25 They cancelled and refunded the product after leaving this review and my need to use their services.
