Absolutely never again.
Absolutely never again. I am beyond frustrated with Kloudy Jewelry. I placed a big order on May 9, 2025 specifically for a trip I have on June 4—thinking I had more than enough time. Wrong. The order was split into two shipments. The Vienna watch shipped quickly and arrived a few days ago. But the rest of my order? It wasn’t even shipped out until May 24—over TWO WEEKS later. That is absolutely ridiculous. At this point, it looks like I won’t get my jewelry in time for my trip, and I’m honestly furious. Let’s move on to the Vienna watch. Yes, it’s beautiful. But beauty doesn’t mean anything when the product is poorly executed. It came with a tool to remove links for sizing—but no instructions whatsoever. It took me two whole days just to figure out how to adjust it, and even then, pieces of the watch broke during the process. Now I have to take it to a watch repair shop just to get it fixed and properly sized. How are you going to sell luxury-style jewelry and not even include basic guidance on how to wear it? Make it make sense. This is the first—and last—time I’ll ever order from Kloudy. You don’t take nearly a month to deliver jewelry and call it acceptable. You don’t send specific pieces with zero help and expect customers to figure it out on their own. You don’t waste people’s time, money, and trust like this. From now on, I’m sticking with Nevaeh Jewelry. Their delivery takes one to two weeks—max. Their quality speaks for itself. And I never have to go through this kind of mess. Kloudy, get it together. This was a complete disappointment.
