Poor Communication and Lack of Engagement: Deal at Risk
I've had my conveyancing going on for about 7 months and the communication is really poor. In addition, the due-diligence to speed ratio is way off. The vendor building management agent has informed that other deals in the same building have expedited completion. It takes repeated chasing through phone and emails to be able to get a response from the case handler. Promised response dates have always been missed. The entire deal is at now at risk with 2-weeks left due to lack of engagement and response.
