Disgusting
Disgusting! My son missed if lessons teacher didn’t turn up, called them few times and said will sort it out and No response, as soon as I cancel my direct debit they ring me. I asked for a refund for the day teacher didn’t come online she mentions I have to carry on with the direct debit for me to get a refund back not only that it happened so many times. Absolutely appalling and awful services. Don’t bother with them
