Put me in debt. They charged my card like 6 seperate times. I ALREADY PAID FOR IT IN FULL. Other times: my yarn was unspun in the skein, They sent me 2 BROKEN yarn bowls, they sent my paclage TO THE WRONG HOUSE and refused to fix it BEFORE THEY HAD EVEN PROCESSED THE ORDER. Wtf Is this website. They shoulda just shut the stores down. This has got to be the WORST experience iv ever had online. Disgusting. The owner or CEO NEEDS TO BE FIRED. No wonder they filed chap 11. Theives!!
