Waste of time
We enquired about infant swimming lessons when my daughter was 3 months old. We were informed that there was a wait and we would be contacted when a place became available. Months later there was a general email with class a scheduled sent, however all the local pools in our area remained closed following Covid closures. We remained in the list in the hope that these would reopen. I wrote a few follow up emails with no response. I emailed again recently as my daughter is now 2.5 to see if there was a chance of toddler classes as we have been waiting 2 years. I was told she cannot join the toddler groups as she has not completed the infant classes. When I queried this the response was that I was invited to join classes in the past two years (which I wasn’t, I have asked for proof of these emails) and basically it’s my own fault that she now can’t join as I should have joined an infant class. So we have wasted 2 years waiting for a service they are not willing to offer, and the customer service responses deflect blame back the the customer. Don’t waste your time.
