Shocking experience
Shocking experience, absolutely terrible. We were rear-ended in one of their vehicles and when we tried to call them to let them know we repeatedly left on hold for several days. After returning the vehicle at the end of the trip and forking over $1000 in bond and liability which they assured me I would get back it took them 10 months for the matter to be “resolved”. They received insurance money to fix the damaged vehicle, kept my money, and their debt recovery team determined it was “too difficult” to get the money from the at fault party. Mind you they did nothing towards getting his insurance details or anything, I had to source his number and email to even get them to do anything. There were no updates as to the progress of the case unless I asked for them and even when I did sometimes I would go months without hearing from them. So now I’m out a grand which they’ve kept for seemingly no reason. This is no way to run a business or treat a paying customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
