Post Office boring the brunt of Morrisons shortcomings
This is aimed directly at the Post Office who have thought it ‘a good idea’ to give postal counters to Morrisons small supermarkets. Did they bother to do any due diligence in staff recruitment and training? Nearly every one in the Worksop area are either closed, due to staff shortages or have a total lack of awareness of product. The time served at counters is ridiculous. A follow up review to the best post office in this area follows on. Hopefully the new PO takeover will implement new stringent methods to Morrison’s or withdraw the service. We have complained to Morrisons, who in turn sent me a link to complain to…….the Post Office, even though it’s Morrisons staff making a complete pigs ear of the service.
