Not the 'what' it is the 'how' - immature behavior.
The advised 'price change' was astronomical - over 40% - and that was on top of previous year on year increases. To be fair we found the service of the technicians very good so we did go back with revised lawn size ( our borders have got bigger over the years) - the difference was about 20 sq meters - ( 195 to 172) - a difference of £1.46 a month - £17.52 a year - but instead of 'retaining a client' & adjusting their quote & 'trusting us' for the sake of a couple of quid they are sending out a 'service manager' to measure the lawn - so much for trust & good will. The cost of that attendance will cost far more than the goodwill they could have salvaged - and it has got our back up. I pointed that out to the administrator who called but she was more concerned about over 4,000 clients ( Hampshire area) who they were trying to deal with. Happy to alter this review depending on what happens next. As always it is not 'the what' it is 'the how' & GreenThumb dont see that - or at least the Salisbury branch does not.
