unfortunately l was a v4 consumer customer they extended my 18 month contract to 24 months without my knowledge or permission and threatened me with a £400 fine when l tried to change to a different broadband supplier after my 18 month contract expired lhad to get in touch with ofcom get a deadlock letter and only then after l was going to the ombudsman did they back down l insisted l would not pay any early leaving fee the phone call got very heated from my side and they very ungraciously agreed l could leave the worst people l have ever dealt with in over 30 years of business
