I have found them to be very unhelpful and, in my opinion, very underhand. I went to speak to them again this week as they have a home I am interested, and it all came crashing back!

I really like the place and the reception are really nice. However, the management are terrible at getting back in touch (1 star for them). They won't discuss issues, reply to emails or even reply to an addressed letter. Not happy! Also, the booking system is a bit daunting. So many people drop out of classes a few hours ahead, which is not enough time for the people waiting. It really should be 6+ hours in advance. Update Please note, the issue with management has now been resolved.
