This is the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with I have been here three months I’ve had four big issues the latest one is the heat does not work they said one of their vendors over here to look at the unit and the thermostat the thermostat was reading 71° and that’s because it was 71° outside they are telling me that the vendor told them that it is running the way that it should and it’s not,The vendor that they sent has a very bad reputation according to the reviews one of their employees came into my home there is a pandemic going on with no mask on and he was very rude to me I called his boss and made a complaint on him they are retaliating against me The name of that company is fuss free AC!!! My experience with great Jones has been horrible they do not care about the tenants at all,I suggest if you need a property management company Do not use great Jones they are not great in any sense of that word !!!!It has been six days since I have contacted great jones over the heat issue,it has been low 40s at night they just do not care about their tenants I don’t know what they expect me to do Still do not have an answer from when it’s going to be fixed I am seeking legal counsel now on all these issues with this company!!! They have made my life and absolute hell the last Three months that I have been here On top of this pandemic that’s going on!!!! Just received an email stating owner did not approve the repair!!! R u serious !!!!! Awful property management!!!!
