They ignore the claims
CON I submitted a claim under my business insurance policy, but over a year has passed and the company has failed to properly investigate the case. They initially requested a police report but made no effort to obtain it themselves. I had to contact the police department on their behalf, and the report was provided within a week, despite the insurer having delayed for over six months without progress. Even after submitting all required reports and documentation, they have stopped responding to my emails, and there is no available way to contact them by phone. Ironically, they continue to send me regular reminders to renew the policy, while completely ignoring my unresolved claim.
